Control Systems
The building block of each proper functioning control system is a PLC. We have long term experience of controlling technological processes using TECOMAT PLCs series NS- 950, TC-400, TC-500, TC-600 and TECOREG regulators from the manufacturer TECO a.s. Their reliability and adaptability has been fully tested in many applications where PROTECO s.r.o. has applied these control systems.

The manufacturer offers a wide range of PLCs, from small compact systems to large bath systems with input/output units tailored for connection of unified signals. The PLCs can be connected to autonomous PLC networks and to control networks with superior systems using the industrial EPSNET network. The systems also support communication over the network using the TCP/IP protocol. It is also possible to connect random peripheral devices via the series interface.

Another advantage of these PLCs is that all service is incomparably faster and cheaper than for competitive control systems from foreign manufacturers thanks to them being manufactured locally.


An integral part of control systems is the quality of the development tool for creating application SW. We use the development tool EPOS for Windows environment for TECOMAT control systems, which has all modern tools for configuring control systems and operator panels, diagnostics of control system HW and SW, creation of applications in the structured language JLR, simulation and program debugging, including an analyser for monitoring trends.



Alternative control systems used by our company are SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300, S7-400, C7-600 PLCs.


Application SW for SIMATIC control systems is created in the development tool STEP 7 with SCL system extension.
